Shipping Information
We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner. Please review the following information about our shipping procedures and timelines.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Delivery Methods and Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if ordered before 2 PM)
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your location. Free shipping is available on orders over ?2000.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations. Additional customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us for exchange procedures.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
